Events
We currently offer three FREE dental events in our tri-county area. Events are a place where patients fitting our criteria can get cleanings, sealants, x-rays, fillings, extractions and some restorative care.
Give Kids A Smile is sponsored by Collgate and the Florida Dental Association. Together we partner to bring yearly dental treatment to children that fit our low-income, uninsured criteria. Our hygiene and sealant program has reached over 700 children in our community alone. This program is currently statewide and coordinates its program in conjunction with Florida Dental Health Month every February.
Operation Blessing is a dental mission out of Virginia Beach that travels to Orlando and other cities transporting a fully-functional dental clinic. We partner with local community facilities for space to set up the dental clinic, offer a 4-day free dental event and and treat individuals who do not otherwise have the money or insurance to receive dental care.
Seminole County Smiles is a community event to bring access to dental care to individuals suffering from pain and infection in this area. This event has a great impact on the homeless population in Sanford and partners with the Seminole County Health Department to create access to care for adults and families in need.
